After Hurricane Ian hit our home we were so overwhelmed. Although we considered ourselves one of the lucky ones our home suffered extensive damages that our flood policy was not covering. We could not even get Citizens to return our calls. Thankfully, Yoel stepped up and did the work that needed to be done to get them to pay attention to us and our claim. He handled it all… and I am so grateful we hired him because I was drained and he took over! We were impressed with his professionalism and in the end he was able to get us a check that certainly reflected the damage that was done.
